MOTO

MOTO (Mail-Order-Telephone-Order) transactions will charge a customer's card without CVV or 2FA authentication. This is specially relevant for Hospitality and Air travel business categories.

Plural merchant provision the customer's card using Plural Token Service via existing CYBS/NPCI integration for Visa and Master cards. For MOTO transactions, the merchant initiates the cryptogram API using the pine token identifiers and passes the token information in the authorization API, which completes the transaction and notifies to customer.
